To be eligible for our services, residents must meet the age and health criteria applicable to aged care in Australia. Placement in residential aged care is subject to approval by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wright Aged Care Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
